I am a Master Personal Trainer with 19 years of experience working one-on-one with clients. In the first decade of my career, I helped hundreds of individuals sculpt a body and life they love. For the past 9 years, I’ve focused on Vegan Health Coaching—because one of the most powerful ways to advocate for the animals is to be fit, strong, and thriving.
Beyond fitness and health, I’m also a certified Life Coach with a Diploma in Life Coaching and a certified NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Practitioner, equipping me with the tools to help clients create lasting mindset shifts.
To deepen my expertise in plant-based nutrition, I’ve also completed the eCornell Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate program.
